The shower’s heat enhances the smell and taste of oranges. It’s a relaxing form of self care, just like using essential oils. And of course, most of us don’t get enough Vitamin C, and oranges are better way to get it than from a pill. Above all, eating an orange is sticky and messy. So in the shower, you don’t have to worry about that.
