Going on a diet in 2025?
U.S. News and World Report has listed their top diets for 2025. #1 has been the top of their list for six yearsâŚthe Mediterranean Diet, thatâs all about whole grains, fruits, vegetables and lean protein. #2 is the DASH Diet, which aims to lower blood pressure, and also tied for #2 is the Flexitarian Diet, a modified vegetarian diet. They say the Mediterranean Diet is the favorite because youâre eating delicious whole foodsâŚand doesnât cut out any food groups.    Â
