IT’S NEW MUSIC FRIDAY and as we know Doja Cat released her brand-new album Vie last night and fans are so excited for it.
It’s her fifth studio album and it’s just really fun and upbeat... there’s this hopeful energy running through the whole thing.
The album is also very 80s and even kind of Madonna-inspired but also has some emotional tracks. Basically, it’s Doja doing what she does best and giving us a little bit of everything.

We got to hang out with her a few nights ago here at our iHeartRadio Music Theater in LA.
Doja explained the meaning behind her album cover. She said the yellow parachute stands for curiosity, happiness, and adventure—basically that leap of faith you take when you fall in love. And the tree represents life and wisdom, with its branches giving you safety and its roots keeping you grounded.
She’s guest-hosting The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this coming Wednesday October 1st.
And she hits the SNL stage as musical guest for the season premiere with Bad Bunny hosting on October 4th.
So, we are just celebrating all things Doja Cat today on KIIS FM and we will be playing tracks from the album all day!
