Okay, I brought this up to you almost a year and a half ago… September of 2022!!! Right after I read the book and was excited to hear they were making a movie out. of “The Idea of You”.
Remember? It started as Harry Styles fan fiction! It’s about a divorced 40-year-old mom named Sofie who, after her ex-husband leaves her for a younger woman, takes her 15-year-old daughter to Coachella.
At the festival, she meets and falls in love with the lead singer of the hottest boy band (obviously inspired by Harry Styles).
So, Anne Hathaway plays Sophie…and Nicholas Galitzine) plays the young singer…basically the Harry Styles role.
I don’t know how much of the book will be portrayed because there are steamy parts… It’s so hot, that while I was listening to the book and driving down to San Diego…and I ended up in Riverside because I was so into the book! I missed all the freeway connections I needed to take.
