Are you someone who likes a glass of wine every night with dinner?

It was once thought to help you fall asleep…but that is not the case anymore. If anything…it does the opposite!

A drink before bed actually is impacting the quality of the sleep that you’re getting…as alcohol messes up your REM sleep’.

Drinking before bed disrupts your sleep cycle as your body begins to metabolize alcohol.

They say you should stop drinking alcohol around four hours before bed to minimize the impact on your sleep.

WOW! That’s crazy to think… for morning show people like us, that means having a drink around 4pm… not a chance for me. Aiza doesn’t even have dance class until 4:55pm on Mondays. Having a glass of wine at the end of day/night is my reward for making through the day!
