The Foo Fighters rocked Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati on Thursday night - and teased the locals about a certain infamous former mayor.
While guitarist Pat Smear played the riff from The Ramones' "Blitzkrieg Bop", frontman Dave Grohl said "Looks like he's going to stay here in Cincinnati. He’s going to be your next Jerry Springer."
If you weren't aware, Springer was the mayor of Cincinnati in the late '70s, and later a local TV news anchor before launching The Jerry Springer Show in the '90s.
The Foos' show also included references to former Reds great Pete Rose and the city's nickname of 'Porkopolis'.
