After a long day at Disneyland, there's nothing worse than forgetting where you parked your car so you're forced to walk around the Mickey and Friends parking structure until you find it. Well, a solution that isn't just taking a picture of the sign or writing the location down in your notes app is coming your way. A new feature is being launched to the Disneyland and Disneyworld app that will allow visitors to tag their parking spot. This car locator feature will save your parking details using cellphone location services to make it easier to find your car. All you have to do is enable Location Services, Bluetooth and Notifications on your device. The best part is that this feature is completely free.
Once the feature becomes available, just open the app and tap the car locator card on your home screen or use the Feature menu (☰) for access. Follow the prompts to enter your parking information. If you enable location permissions on your device, the car locator can help fill in the details for you.
When it's time for you to go back to your car, just open the app for your parking information. The feature will first launch at Disney World this summer and will be available at Disneyland later this year.
Would you use this feature?
