Since La La Land did so well at the Golden Globes, Lionsgate is saying they eventually want to make it into a live stage show!
Disney is going to make a live-action remake of Dumbo. Tim Burton is the director… and Will Smith could be the star! According to Variety, Will is in talks to play a father who works at the circus and his kids develop a relationship with the elephant.
Fox is bringing back Love Connection this summer with Andy Cohen as host. 15-episodes will air this summer and the format will be the same as the original show, but it will be an hour long instead of a half-hour. Andy Cohen said, "Hosting the new version allows me to do one of the things I love most: Meddling in people's personal lives."
FX announced recently that there will be another season of American Horror Story – season 7, but just this morning… FX announced there will be two more seasons after that!! Ryan Murphy has said before that they are going to do a season that's a crossover between Murder House and Cuven together, so I bet they will do that VERY SOON.
Jamie Foxx is going to host a new game show on Fox. It’s called "Beat Shazam" and contestants are going to work against the clock and each other to identify songs. It's based on the app Shazam and will be Produced by Mark Burnett – who is behind The Voice. It will premiere this summer on Fox.
Variety is reporting this morning that “Game of Thrones” star Peter Dinklage is in early talks for an important role in the next Avengers film: “Infinity War.” And it won’t stop there… He will be in the following sequel as well!
