#SAFETY #WARNING: Government says to STOP using @Peloton Tread+

"STOP USING THE PELOTON TREAD+"

That ominous warning, with supporting reasoning as to "why" the warning was issued, hit Twitter on Saturday morning as the US CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY COMMISSION sounded the alarm about multiple issues to children - and pets - at the hands of this high-tech cardio device.

The warnings - which became quite the thread on Twitter - also included videos - some pretty intense - of injuries to kids and pets as a result of a lack of supervision around these machines, both while they were in use by parents - and in some cases, while the devices were not in use.

Peloton respectfully disagreed with the guidance, and provided their own reasoning as to why the government safety watchdog agency may be incorrect in its findings. The CEO of Peloton issued this rebuke.

So, as is with anything, there are two, even three sides to every story. I've presented both. What do you think of this?
