An Alvin woman was arrested last week when she was found lying partially naked on a patch of grass in Friendswood, police said.
Kimberly Ann Foster, 48, was seen naked from the waist down and "acting inappropriately" in the 5000 block of Appleblossom Lane, according to police. Some witnesses said she motioned them to her to have sex.
Foster showed signs of intoxication, police said. Her car was parked in the street and alcoholic beverages were found in the passenger seat and on the floorboard.
