Pollstar Reveals Top Touring Artists Of The Millennium
We're a quarter of the way through the new millennium, so Pollstar thought it time to tally up the biggest live draws in music. Yesterday, the site posted the "Top 25 Most Popular Touring Artists of the Millennium," and if you're automatically putting Taylor Swift or the Rolling Stones at the top, think again. The list is of the artists that sold the most tickets, and is not revenue based. With that as the criteria, Coldplay came in at #1 with over 24.8-million tickets sold at 731 concerts since 2001. U2 came in second, with Ed Sheeran, Dave Matthews Band and the aforementioned Taylor Swift rounding out the Top 5. See the complete list below.

Filter To Tour With Local H, Finger Eleven
Filter is hitting the road with Finger Eleven and Local H for a U.S. tour. The trek kicks off March 5th in Wenatchee, Washington, and runs through April 1st in Cleveland. The three bands have a history together; Filter frontman Richard Patrick recently recorded the single "Blue Sky Mystery" with Finger Eleven, which appears on their new album "Last Night On Earth," and Filter and Local H have toured together several times over the years. Rise Against Announces 2026 Tour... No TEXAS Dates!
Rise Against has announced a North American tour for the spring in support of their latest album, "Ricochet." The punk rock band will kick things off March 3rd in Providence, Rhode Island, and wrap up April 4th in Wheatland, California; the run includes 11 Canadian dates, with two-night stops in Montreal, Toronto, and Winnipeg.
