Dairy Queen Launches New Superman Cake Batter Cookie Dough Blizzard And Superman Meal Deal

Dairy Queen is celebrating the return of the new Superman movie with the launch of the new Superman Cake Batter Cookie Dough Blizzard along with the Superman Meal Deal and Superman Sauced & Tossed Buffalo with Drink Meal. 

The Superman Cake Batter Cookie Blizzard features a “cosmic collision” of fan-favorite flavors and has a base of Dairy Queen’s signature vanilla soft serve blended with sugar cookie dough, cake batter flavor, and sprinkles. It comes in small, medium, and large sizes with a starting suggested price of $4.79 (prices may vary). 

The Superman Meal Deal includes an Original Cheeseburger, regular fries, and small sundae for $7. The Superman Sauced & Tossed Buffalo Meal features four 100% all-white meat chicken strips tossed in spicy Buffalo sauce and served with Texas toast, fries, and choice of dipping sauce. It’s priced at $12.59, and prices may vary. The Superman menu is available now at participating Dairy Queen locations nationwide.

Subway is turning one of its Santa Monica shops into the ultimate "Happy Gilmore" fan zone, complete with a minigolf course, movie props, and a country-club-style beer garden, all to celebrate the release of “Happy Gilmore 2” on Netflix. The themed location opens for one day only on August 8th, and fans will even get a chance to spot cast members while grabbing a sub. Starbucks Is Closing All Pickup-Only Stores In The U.S.

 Starbucks is ditching its pickup-only store model in the U.S., saying goodbye to the app-focused locations that skipped the cozy café vibe. Originally launched in 2019 to streamline mobile orders, the format spread to about 90 spots in airports, hospitals, and downtown areas. The company now says these ultra-efficient shops just felt too cold and impersonal, and some may be converted into new compact cafés with limited seating to blend convenience with the signature Starbucks warmth.
