Several cars were seen driving nearby the Tucson, Arizona, home of Nancy Guthrie, the 84-year-old mother of TODAY Show host Savannah Guthrie, on the night of her disappearance.

The footage, which was captured on a street-facing Ring camera and obtained by FOX News Digital, was captured about seven minutes away from Guthrie's property between 12:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. local time on February 1, around the time investigators believe she was abducted. Twelve cars were reported to have passed the Ring camera during that span, though it's unclear if any were seen more than once.

Neighbors in the Catalina Hills community claimed to have seen a suspicious man on the street near Guthrie's home in the weeks leading up to her disappearance.

“He didn’t have your typical walking gear on, and he had his hat pulled really far over his eyes,” said neighbor Aldine Meister via FOX News Digital.

“He was kind of younger, and he just didn’t look like he was going out for a walk,” she added. “He just didn’t fit.”

The FBI reportedly conducted one more sweep of evidence at Guthrie's home on Wednesday (February 25) before making a decision on whether her family can return to the property, a sign that the investigation has hit a standstill, sources with knowledge of the situation confirmed to the New York Post. No suspects nor leads have been determined in the case as Guthrie has now been missing for 26 days.

A parking ban was set to go into effect in the area surrounding Guthrie's Tucson, Arizona, home on Thursday (February 26) in an effort "protect public safety and relieve area residents from chaotic conditions caused by a large media and social media streamer presence in the area," the Pima County Sheriff's Department announced one day prior.

Savannah Guthrie acknowledged that her mother "may already be gone" while offering a reward "of up to $1 million for any information" leading to her recovery in a video shared on her Instagram account Tuesday (February 24) morning.
