The Top Colleges where Grads went on to earn the most Money

Some number-crunchers at CNBC figured out which college grads end up making the most money 10 years after leaving school.

The top five private schools include:

1. Stanford University
2. Harvard University
3. University of Chicago
4. Princeton University
5. Dartmouth College

And, the top five public schools are:

1. University of Washington-Bothell
2. Baruch College - The City University of New York
3. University of Washington-Seattle
4. Purdue University-West Lafayette
5. University of Michigan-Ann Arbor

There’s a lot of Ivy League action here, as well as a couple schools from the state of Washington, where there also happen to be some pretty big tech companies, like Amazon and Microsoft. (CNBC)
