Trending on Twitter ...People are sharing their Quarantine Routines on Twitter. Lots involve sleeping, eating, streaming, changing from daytime PJs to nighttime PJs and staring at their phone. What’s your quarantine routine?

Coronavirus may be physically keeping us apart – but it is also bringing us closer. A new British survey found that 64% of respondents said they believe COVID-19 is bringing their neighborhood closer together, with many doing acts of kindness they wouldn’t have done before -- including checking on elderly relatives and neighbors, offering to shop for a relative or neighbor who can’t leave the house, donating to food banks and other charities, and shopping from a small business instead of going to a large chain store. Quarantine 15 …You’ve heard of the “Freshman 15.” Well, thanks to coronavirus we now have the “Quarantine 15.” Social media is abuzz with people sharing their unhealthy eating habits while staying home and the subsequent weight gain that will likely come with it. So … what’s your eating been like since you’ve been staying at home? (Cosmo)

Wake up and smell the nature …Prince Harry and wife Meghan Markle take baby Archie on a quiet nature walk every day. What's your go-to exercise while quarantined? (Us Weekly)

Live stream the Northern Lights …If you’ve never seen the Northern Lights, now is the perfect time to do it … from the comfort of your own couch.Explore.org and Polar Bears International are live streaming the northern lights from Churchill Northern Studies Center in Manitoba, Canada. Late winter and early spring are the best times to see the lights -- so now’s the perfect time. The camera is situated directly under the aurora oval, so you’ll get a really spectacular show. Just tune in anytime between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m., which are the darkest hours of night when the lights are at their best. (Prevention)

Get enough sleep …Since our schedules are so out of whack, a lot of us are staying up later than usual – and probably getting up later than usual, too. Even though we’re in crazy times, it’s important to keep up a healthy sleep schedule. Sleep is critical for good health and boosting your immune system. Try to stay on a regular schedule and get at least eight hours of sleep a night. (Pop Sugar)
