The families of first-responders who died at the World Trade Center on 9/11 are getting a huge amount of help from MMA champion Conor McGregor.
The Irish fighter has just written a check for $1 million to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Tower Foundation, which helps relieve the mortgage debts of police officers and firefighters who died in the line of duty.
McGregor, who donated $5 for each case of his Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey, says "I have always had deep respect for first responders who are not only selfless but also fearless in performing their duties. They are willing to risk it all for perfect strangers.” (Page Six)
