Are you a “zombie eater”? According to a new survey, 88% of respondents admitted to being “zombie eaters” – meaning, they eat while staring at a screen – whether it’s the television, their phone, tablet or laptop. The survey found that the average American will look at their phone more than two times during a meal. And the average American will only have five “screen-free” meals per week.
More from the survey ... 91% say they watch TV while eating a meal or snack and 49% said they do so regularly. 83% of those surveyed said they’ve had their food go cold while deciding what to watch. And 86% said they are sometimes so preoccupied with their screens that they’ve forgotten to eat. (SWNS)

What women want …A large survey set out to determine what women want in a partner. And it’s not looks or money. For 90% of the 68,000 women in 180 countries surveyed, the number one trait they look for in a partner is kindness. That was followed by “supportiveness" (87%) and "intelligence" at 72.3%. Just 22% of women thought an "attractive body" was very important. So it’s pretty simple, really -- kindness wins. (Business Insider)
Dunkin’ going Beyond …Dunkin' Donuts has announced it is adding plant-based Beyond Meat sausage as an option in its breakfast sandwiches, beginning with its locations in Manhattan. The company plans to make the option available nationwide in the near future. (WSJ)
