Yee Yee Apparel, which manufactures T-shirts for Granger Smith, has released a special edition tee honoring the country star's three-year-old son River, who passed away in a drowning accident at home.
On the website, fans can purchase a red shirt bearing the image of an excavator. The machinery has the word "Riv" printed on it. The description of the garment explains, "This shirt has a Yee Yee excavator on it (Riv's favorite thing to do was watch excavators scoop up dirt) and is red -- Riv's favorite color."
The site also explains that 100 percent of the proceeds from sales of the shirt will go to Dell Children's Medical Center in honor of River Kelly Smith.
