How long can you leave dishes in the sink? According to a new survey , 44 percent said “a few hours.” 30 percent had no tolerance for dishes in the sink – saying they should be washed right away. Then there were the 21 percent who were fine with having dirty dishes in the sink for a day or two. 5 percent said they could stay there for a week.

Smell test? Are you craving something unhealthy but trying to stick to your diet? Just smell it. According to a study from the University of South Florida, the longer you spend smelling a food you have a craving for, the less you'll actually crave it and the easier it will be to avoid eating it. Women have younger brains … A new study has found that the brains of men age faster than the brains of women. Researchers found that women's brains, on average, appear to be about 3.8 years younger than their actual ages. The brains of men, on the other hand, are about 2.4 years older than their true ages. The scientists believe this could be a big reason why women tend to outlive men and stay mentally sharp longer. ( Live Science )
