It's still winter, right? Unless you haven't seen Black Panther yet, there's no need to leave the house for your entertainment needs. Lots of big films are out on video this week.
- The animated Coco is about an aspiring young musician who enters the Land of the Dead to find his great-great-grandfather, a legendary singer. The top names in the voice cast are Gael Garcia Bernal and Benjamin Bratt.
- Gary Oldman is the latest actor to play legendary British prime minister Winston Churchill. Darkest Hour chronicles the early days of World War 2. Kristin Scott Thomas and Lily James co-star.
- The geriatric action-comedy Just Getting Started stars Tommy Lee Jones as an ex-FBI agent and Morgan Freeman as an ex-mob lawyer in the Witness Protection Program who have to set aside their golfing feud to fend off a mob hit. Rene Russo co-stars.
- In Let There Be Light, Kevin Sorbo is an atheist who finds God after a near-death experience in a car crash.
- The ensemble cast in the re-boot of the classic mystery Murder on the Orient Express includes Johnny Depp, Daisy Ridley, Judi Dench, Josh Gad and Willem Dafoe.
- Critics favorite Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri centers on a mother (Frances McDormand) who challenges authorities to solve the murder of her daughter. Sam Rockwell and Woody Harrelson co-star.
The TV-to-video selections are somewhat slimmer. You can catch the first season of the re-booted MacGyver, as well as season seven of the classic Diff'rent Strokes and season five of the even more classic Green Acres.
