Horsing around … So it turns out in the world of horse racing, women jockeys are just as good as the men. Researchers analyzed more than 1.25 million individual race results and found that there was no difference in success in this battle of the sexes. And, don't think for a minute that jockeys aren't athletes. It’s not just about taking a horse for a ride. Jockeys need incredible strength and agility to guide these giant beasts to the finish line. You can never go wrong with a compliment … According to Match.com’s new 2018 Singles in America survey, the one behavior that really impresses singles on a first date is flattery. 90 percent chose "compliments your appearance" as the most appealing first date behavior. This was followed by "offers a taste of the food" at 67 percent, "asks a lot of questions" at 65 percent,  and "orders for you" at 38 percent. Orders for you???

   

Here's another first date tidbit from the Match.com survey a whopping 79 percent of women said the one thing they want to feel on a first date is comfortable. 

   

Wanna lose an easy five pounds while at work? Just get off your butt. New research from the MayoClinic found that standing at your desk can actually burn calories. Specifically, simply standing at your desk rather than sitting burns 0.15 more calories per minute. If you stand for six hours that's 54 calories burned for a 143-pound adult. In a year, that's 5.5 pounds. In four years that's 22 pounds. Time for a standing desk. (Moneyish
