On “Can’t Be Saved,” he raps, “Herpes in my blood and that [stuff] got me cryin’ / I really got feelings, you see without science.” Shortly after the song’s release, Jania popped up on Instagram live and told viewers, “the same thing that’s in his blood is the same thing that’s in my blood.”
She says the reason he came clean publicly was to make a statement that he doesn’t care what people think about him. Additionally, he wanted to break the news himself instead of having someone use it against him.
