A 4 month old baby is in critical condition after being badly abused by it's parents. A mother who is an active Army service member along with her in living boyfriend burned their baby and caused brain injury. Both have now been booked at Central Detention Center as the baby is at Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Loma Linda University Medical Center.
