Restaurants Are Offering Veterans Day Discounts: Veterans are being honored by several restaurants today for Veteran’s Day. There are several discounts that vets can take advantage of. Here are a few:

  • Applebee’s. On Veterans Day, Applebee’s is offering a free meal to veterans, active-duty military members, Reserves and National Guard members. They can choose from meals on the Veterans Day Menu while dining in. Additionally, veterans can get a $5 Bounce Back Card while dining in at Applebee’s today. The coupon is valid on dine-in, to-go or delivery during a three-week window.
  • Buffalo Wild Wings. Active and retired armed services members who show a valid ID can get 10 free boneless wings and fries on Veterans Day at Buffalo Wild Wings. The offer is valid for dine-in orders and walk-in counter orders placed at Buffalo Wild Wings GO locations. Additionally, the chain offers veterans a 15% off discount all year long on dine-in and call-in orders.
  • Carrabba’s Italian Grill. Veterans and active-duty military members who show a service ID can get a free appetizer or dessert plus a free nonalcoholic drink while dining in at Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
  • Chili’s. Veterans and active military personnel will get a free entrée while dining in at Chili’s today. There are several options to choose from.
  • Cicis Pizza. Veterans and active-duty military members who show a valid military ID on Nov. 11 can get a free adult buffet at all Cicis locations. The offer is only valid for dine-in and doesn’t include a drink.
  • Cracker Barrel. Cracker Barrel is offering veterans and active-duty service members who dine in a free Sunrise Pancake Special.
  • Dave & Buster's. Dave & Buster’s is giving veterans and active military members a free entrée up to $20 plus a $10 Power Card today. All year long, these same groups can save 15% on all food and drink purchases. To score these offers, simply show a valid veteran/military ID.
  • Denny’s. Active and retired military personnel can get a free Original Grand Slam breakfast at participating Denny’s locations when they share a valid military ID or DD 214. The dine-in offer is available between 5 a.m. and noon today.
  • Dunkin'. Active and retired military members can get one free doughnut in-store at Dunkin’ on Veterans Day while supplies last (no ID required).
  • Firehouse Subs. Veterans and active-duty military members can score a free combo (medium sub, drink and chips or a cookie) at Firehouse Subs.
  • Hard Rock Cafe. Active and retired military service members can get a free Legendary Burger at Hard Rock Cafe.
  • IHOP. Between 7 a.m. — 7 p.m., participating IHOP locations nationwide will offer veterans and active-duty military members a free Red, White and Blueberry Pancake Combo while dining in.
  • Krystal. On Veterans Day, customers who show proof of service can get a free breakfast sandwich (eight options available) at Krystal.
  • Legal Seafoods. Veterans and active military members can get a free bowl of chowder while dining in at Legal Sea Foods on Veterans Day. The offer is valid at all restaurants except airport locations.
  • Little Caesars. Veterans and active-duty military members can get a free HOT-N-READY Lunch Combo at participating Little Caesars locations across the country between 11 a.m. — 2 p.m. when they show proof of service.
  • LongHorn Steakhouse. Veterans and active-duty service members can get 10% off their meal plus a free appetizer or dessert at LongHorn Steakhouse while dining in or placing a call-in order.
  • Olive Garden. Olive Garden is giving military members who dine in a free entrée from a special menu that includes popular items like Chicken Parmigiana and Fettuccine Alfredo.
  • Omaha Steaks. Omaha Steaks is running a deal ($89.95) on its Veterans Day Custom Package.
  • On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina. On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina is giving active military and veterans who dine in a free create-your-own Choose 2 combo meal when they show a military ID or proof of service.
  • Outback Steakhouse. In honor of Veterans Day, Outback Steakhouse is giving active and retired military members and their spouses a free Bloomin’ Onion and beverage when they dine in and buy an adult entrée. Limited to one per table.
  • Raisin’g Canes. Raising Cane’s is offering 10% off to the following groups who show a valid ID and mention the Hero Discount Program at the register on Nov. 11: active/nonactive military, fire, police, EMTs and their spouses.
  • Red Robin: Active military members and veterans who show proof of service at Red Robin on Veterans Day can get a free Red’s Big Tavern Burger, served with a bottomless side. The offer is only valid for dine-in at participating locations and isn't valid with other discounts. Modifications and other styles of Tavern Burgers are excluded.
  • Smoothie King. Between noon and 3 p.m. local time, participating Smoothie King locations are offering veterans and active military personnel a free 20-ounce red, white or blue smoothie when they present their military ID. The offer is only available in-store and includes the following varieties: Strawberry X-Treme, Slim-N-Trim Vanilla and Blueberry Heaven.
  • Sonic Drive-In. All Sonic customers can enjoy half-price shakes (any size and flavor), including Classic and Master Shakes.
  • Starbucks. Participating Starbucks locations are offering veterans, service members and military spouses a free 12-ounce brewed coffee hot or iced.
  • Taco John’s. Taco John’s is giving veterans who are loyalty members an in-app offer for a free #1 Combo (Small Crispy Beef Taco Combo). To score the offer, simply show a valid ID.
  • Wendy’s. Participating Wendy’s locations are giving veterans and active military members a free Breakfast Combo (no purchase necessary) during breakfast hours on Nov. 11 when they show their VetRewards card or notify a crew member of their military status. The offer is limited to one per customer and can’t be combined with other deals. Additionally, it’s not valid on digital, delivery or kiosk orders.
  • Whataburger. Whataburger is giving veterans and active-duty military members a free 16-ounce hot or iced coffee when they show up in uniform or share a valid ID. The offer starts today and will run all year long.
  • White Castle. White Castle is giving veterans and active-duty military members who show a valid military ID a free individual combo meal or a breakfast combo meal.
