The palace in the movie is actually the real life mansion of Rick Ross. The house is 45,000 square feet, sitting on 235 acres with 100 rooms. Practical house for sure. Fun fact, former heavy weight champ Evander "Real Deal" Holyfield spent $20M building the house in 1994 but ended up filing for bankruptcy. He sold it back to the bank for $7.5M, Rick Ross bought it at auction for $5.8M.
