Steven Tyler Returns to the Stage After Canceling Dates with Medical Issue

Steven Tyler returned to the stage Saturday night for the first time since Aerosmith canceled several South American tour dates late last month.

The frontman returned home with four shows remaining on the tour saying that, while the issue wasn't "life-threatening," he felt the need to "deal with this right away and get some rest and medical care immediately in order to sustain and maintain my future performances."

Tyler quickly refuted rumors that he had a seizure, "I give you all an A+ for creative speculations, but I certainly did not have a heart attack or a seizure (unless Joe Perry is takin' a rippin' lead)."

Tyler looked healthy and sounded strong at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver over the weekend.

Ultimate Classic Rock reports the singer delivered a three-song as part of a benefit for the David Foster Foundation. The event reportedly raised more than $10 million for Canadian children requiring organ transplants.
