The Rolling Stones will reissue their 13th album, Black and Blue.

The Rolling Stones will reissue their 13th album, Black and Blue.

Released in April 1976, it was their first with Ronnie Wood as a member, and it included such notable songs as “Hot Stuff,” “Hand of Fate,” “Fool to Cry” and “Memory Motel.”

This deluxe edition will be available in multiple configurations on November 14th, including a five-disc vinyl set or a four-CD set, both of which include Blu-ray disc, a 100-page hardback book, and a replica tour poster. There is also a limited-edition five-LP set on black and blue marbled vinyl that will be available through select online retailers.

In terms of bonus material, the Blu-ray contains 21 songs from their six-night residency in 1976 at London’s Earls Court Exhibition Centre, where they were joined onstage by their sixth member, piano player Ian Stewart, along with keyboardist Billy Preston and percussionist Ollie Brown — all of whom had contributed to the studio album. Plus, there's a previously unreleased TV broadcast of their 1976 show at Les Abattoirs in Paris, and Dolby Atmos surround-sound mixes of both the studio album and the live Earls Court concert.

There is also a CD/LP of six unreleased studio recordings featuring instrumental jams with guitarists Jeff BeckHarvey MandelWayne Perkins and Robert A. Johnson as they were looking for someone to replace Mick Taylor before settling on Ronnie Wood. There is also the Mick Jagger / Keith Richards composition “I Love Ladies,” plus a high-energy take on Shirley & Company’s “Shame, Shame, Shame,” which is out now. A video for the song will follow tomorrow (Thursday). It's a collage of Stones history, blending rare archival photography with hand-drawn animation.
