Los Angeles County is offering their own high-speed broadband service to help the residents of South L.A., East L.A. and Boyle Heights have internet for as low as $25/month.
The service will be available by the end of the year and they have partnered up with Community Broadband Networks to bring affordable internet to low-income families. Eligibility to pay $25/month for internet will depend on household income or if you receive government benefits such as SNAP or Medicaid. For more info, click here.
