I love my coffee. In fact, I'm a solid 3 cups a day.
And there are days that I need an extra cup in the afternoon.
But I'm careful not to drink it too late it the day.
In fact, experts say you want to stop caffeine intake 6 hours before you try to sleep.
So...by 3p, I need to be done.
Oh who am I kidding? No way I'm going to bed at 9p.
