True SELF CARE is reflecting on yourself and figuring out why you prioritize the way you do.
For example: I know I need to work out more. But why do I consistently allow my day to be over filled to ensure that I never have time for that? That's where true self care lies. WHY DO I SELF SABOTAGE?
