So, somewhere on the internet there is a picture of my from elementary school raising the flag. That was my job in 5th grade. And whenever it started raining... I had to book it out there and get that flag down. I guess you can say I always wanted to do what was right by the flag.
Do you know how to wash your flag?
A. You can take it the dry cleaners.
B. Wash it yourself on the gentle cycle with warm water. Then lay it flat on a towel and roll it up to get the extra water out. If it needs ironing, place another towel over the flag first. You DEFINITELY don't want your iron to touch that flag.
Then, simply hang it up to finish air drying.
Just don't let it hit the ground.
