Instant de-stress with one full breath.

It's 7:30am, and my to do list is already a full days work. 

But before I let it kick start my day into a stressed out over drive ride... I slow it all down with a full body breath. 

So, what is a full body breath?

While breathing in slowly...visualize all that fresh air going into the places in your body where you feel stress. Then imagine blowing out that stress when you exhale. 

Seems too simple right? Try it. It really does slow the crazy down a bit.
