Reset for your health. 5 easy tips.

We all could probably live a bit healthier.  And while spring cleaning is great for resetting your house, are you ready to reset your health too?

Here are 5 easy ways. 

1.  Prioritize your sleep. 

2.  Move more... and get outside. 

3.  Sunscreen!!!

4.  Use alarms as reminders. I have one for 7p to turn off all work. 

5.  Start the day YOUR way.   Give yourself an extra 30 minutes each day to plan & prepare for the day.
