Do stand up desks really work?

Lots of talk of stand-up desks these days. Are they really healthier?


YES!!!!!!


There are a gabillion studies out there that tell you that sitting all day is TERRIBLE for your body. Your mind, back, neck, shoulders, muscles, heart... everything!


But here's another reason to stand up and get moving during the work day. 

You'll lose weight without even trying. 


The average person will lose 5.5 lbs a year by simply standing instead of sitting 6 hours a day. 


Plus, most are easy to install.
