Sometimes you just can't help yourself... and you eat ALL THE FOOD. :)
Here's what you can do to feel better fast.
1. Drink a BIG glass of water. Seems counterproductive, I know. But do it. It helps you body get started on digesting all that food.
2. Move. Ideally, go for a 20 minute walk. By getting your body moving, it gets your guts moving too.
You should be feeling better by the time you get back.
And maybe next time, don't go after seconds... or thirds.
