At the beginning of the year, month, week... whichever works best for you, get out your calendar.
Add in family vacation time first. Then your work out times. Next up, kids sporting events, field trips, etc... Fill up your calendar with what you want to do the most...
Then, fill in your work obligations around that.
Pretty easy huh?
