Be mindful of what you eat. Enjoy each bite. 

Take longer to enjoy a meal. Full fuller. Eat Less. Lose Weight. 

Yep. Makes sense to me. 

As a busy working Mom, I'm prone to shoving whatever I can in my mouth and calling it a meal. 

Probably should slow it down... and enjoy my meal .
