I'm a morning person.
My Ex... night. Heck, he took 3 showers a day.
Is there a best time to shower? NOPE!
In the morning it can wake you up, at night it can calm you down. It's all good.
One thing though... during allergy season or cold & flu season, a night wash my help wash away irritants and germs.
