Don't hit the snooze button!

The next time you get the urge to hit snooze, think about this... IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL MORE TIRED.

Sometimes, you just have to do it. I get it. But you shouldn't make a habit of hitting the snooze button. 

Studies show that small bits of sleep actually make you feel more tired through out the day. 

Since you never fall back into a sleep cycle, it's wasted time. 

So, GET UP...and get to kickin' butt!
