Best type of pillow for how you sleep.

Your pillow can really affect how you sleep. 

And for 30+ years I was on the hunt for MY pillow. I finally found it. There's no going back. 

It's the most I've ever spent on a pillow... but totally worth it.  It's medium thick, with cooling gel, and a small bit of memory foam. 


If you haven't found your perfect pillow yet, try these guidlines:

BACK SLEEPER: Medium thickness with neck support.

SIDE SLEEPER: Voluminous with rectangular side panels sewn in. Slightly Firm.

STOMACH SLEEPER: Thin & pliable pillows. Some even say, no pillow at all.
