Dizzy much? This may be the reason.

Feel dizzy much?

I know I do. Turns out... I'm probably causing most of it. 

3 Things to Help Prevent Dizziness. 

1.  Drink More Water.

2.  Exercise More. Work on your core balance.

3.  Watch what you eat & drink.  Too much red meat, salt, and red wine can lead to more dizzy spells. 

I'm doomed.
