Mom, Wife, Worker... we've all got these titles & roles placed on us. But where did "human" go?
Just about every morning my first thought is... I'd love to work out but I need to do X, Y and Z before my daughter wakes up. And that's about the last time I think of myself until my exhausted head hits the pillow at night.
Lets change that up... shall we?
Start your day with these three questions.
1. What will make me feel healthy today?
2. What will make me feel connected today?
3. What will give me a sense of purpose today?
Try and knock one of them out. Do it for YOU! You set the example for those around you. And if you keep putting yourself last, so will they.
