STOP multi-tasking. It's not good for you.

You think you are a multitasking super star... but actually, only about 2% of humans can actually multi task. 

The rest of us are doing mono tasking in rapid succession. 

And to top it off... it's effecting your brain.  By constantly trying to do more than one thing at a time, you are teaching your brain to not do one thing. 

You are sabotaging even the simplest of brain functions. And worse than that, it can worsen signs of depression. You are helping NO ONE when you try to help everyone at the same time. 

Ever feel completely foggy brained after a day of attempting to multi task? I do. ALL THE TIME!
