An easy way to feel less tired after work

I recently heard... it takes energy to make energy.  That makes it so simple.  In order to have energy to move, you have to move.  

Most days when I walk in from work I am exhausted. But that's when my real job begins. And when you are the single Mom of a 6 year old powerhouse, you need energy!

Check out this time article that shows by simply taking a 20 minute walk during your lunch hour can ramp up your energy later in the day.
