Say NO more often. Here's how to say NO to your boss & co-workers.

It happens every day. You've got a FULL to do list. You have no idea how you will get it all done.

And then, you are asked to do something else. You know you don't have time for it... but more often then not, you say OK. 


STOP THAT!  

You are a team player, and you love to get things done. But sometimes too much is just that, TOO MUCH!

Repeat after me:


"Thank you for thinking of me, but I can't carve out time for that right now. "


Practice it, say it, USE IT!
