If you ever need to return an item from Amazon, most of the time it's free unless it stated otherwise before you made your purchase.
Well now, Amazon may be changing it up to make customers return fewer items they've ordered online. The online returns customers have been making have become expensive for Amazon so now the company wants to start charging a fee. Amazon would charge a $1 fee if customers return items to UPS instead of a Whole Foods, Amazon Fresh grocery store or Kohl's near them. An Amazon spokesperson said that the fee would only "apply to a small number of customers" since they can return their items for free at Whole Foods, Amazon Fresh or Kohl's. Click here for more.
