Halsey just celebrated her birthday on September 29th.

So of course it only makes sense that the L.A. Lakers now back in the NBA Finals would send their biggest fan a birthday gift.
They sent her a Lakers jersey with the number 17. If they win the championship it would be the 17th title for the franchise.
