Hair salons and barbershops in Los Angeles County will be allowed to resume indoor services with modified operations.
L.A. County Supervisor Janice Hahn made the announcement today. “LA County’s Health Officer Order will be updated to allow hair salons and barber shops to resume indoor operations at 25% capacity,” she tweeted.

Additionally, starting Sept. 14th K-12 schools will be permitted to offer in-person learning for small groups of students with individualized learning plans.
