Now I'm no relationship expert but according to Romper there are 7 "signs" your relationship might just be shady.
1st: Your Partner Has Been Shady in The Past
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but chances are if your partner has done some dirt in the past they're more than likely not to change. DUH! If they've lied about their past they're probably not going to keep it real with you. Let's be honest.
2nd: You're Giving More Than You're Getting
I mean this is like an obvious RED FLAG! Relationships are rarely always 50/50 (I know that) but if you're the only consistent one in the relationship then you might want to reevaluate. "Reciprocity is important in a relationship."
3rd: You Just Have A Feeling
As cliche as it sounds your GUT. IS. USUALLY. RIGHT. If your intuition is telling you something is up... DON'T PLAY YOURSELF. Don't just shake off the feelings you have.
4th: Their Cell Phone Battery Always Seems To Be Dead
I'm going to be honest I don't know about this one. BUT I get it. If you're boo's battery is always dead that doesn't necessarily mean they're being shady but if you know they're always on their phone and somehow are always "missing" your call or ignoring it..... NEXT!
5th: You've Never Met Their Friends
Chances are if you have no idea who his/her friends are and you've never met them in person SOMETHING. IS. UP. If it's always just the two of you maybe your boo is trying to keep something from you.
6th: Their Words & Behaviors Just Don't Seem To Fit
I MEAN DO I HAVE TO EVEN EXPLAIN THIS ONE.....
7th: All Of Your Dates Are At Odd Times Or Never At Their Place
If you've never been to their house or you're only meeting at wee hours of the night.... Let me just tell you something is DEF up.
