A Maine boy's mighty Bigfoot bellow earned him the top spot at a colorful Sasquatch calling contest held over the weekend. According to a local media report, seven-year-old Gannon took home the title, which included a $100 prize, on Saturday at the peculiar competition organized by Tocci’s Checkout Convenience Store in the small town of Glenburn. Beyond being a bit of weekend fun for the community, contest judge Kevin Warner of the Maine Bigfoot Foundation expressed hope that the event would lessen the stigma surrounding Sasquatch. "People have had encounters or they've seen footprints and a lot of people don't talk about it," he explained, "because they just think, 'They're going to think I'm crazy.'"
